Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kylie Skin products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
